PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and develop new customer relationships.
- Schedule and prepare sales presentations/proposals.
- Complete client appointments as scheduled.
- Report daily successes and challenges to General Manager & Supervisor.
- Maintain existing client base by means of monthly, bi-monthly, or weekly contact of client recording action in CRM.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns; analyze and assess results.
- Determines client requirements and provides accurate, profitable and reasonable solutions.
- Represent marketing/sales functions including but not limited to continuing education classes, lunches, meetings, special events, etc.
- Attends department meetings as required.
Position Requirements:
- Excellent communication, customer service, and networking skills.
- Experience with sales and marketing strategies within the service sector.
- Working knowledge of current business software technologies.
- Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is desired but not required.
- Possess current driving license and clean driving record.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- College degree.
- Experience in sales and marketing: 2 years.
- Valid drivers license.

National Water Restoration of Miami is seeking for motivated, responsible and customer service driven employees for residential and commercial water, fire, mold clean up and restoration.

Primary duties include mitigation services, light demolition, water extraction, carpet cleaning, mold abatement, vandalism clean-up, fire and smoke damage mitigation, content move outs and pack-ins and content cleaning.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Honest, hardworking, responsible, detail oriented
- Able to delegate commercial work and manage crew
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- IICRC Fire/Water Certification is a plus
- Restoration and/or construction experience is preferred
- Basic computer/tablet skills
- Must have reliable transportation to our office
- Pass a drug screening and background check
- Applicant must be available to work normal business hours plus on call hours and weekends as needed.
- English/Spanish speaking
- Compensation based on experience
